How it works
A simple, transparent process. You will always know what stage you are at and what happens next.
Tell us about your situation
You fill in a short form: your name, how to reach you, and the service you think you need. It takes about two minutes and costs nothing.
Complete your application
We email you a secure link to your application form. Add your details and upload your documents. You can stop and come back to the same link whenever you like.
We review your file
A lawyer reads everything you have sent, checks we are able to act for you, and confirms which service actually fits. If we need anything else, we will ask.
You receive a written quote
We send an invoice setting out the fee and what it covers. Nothing further happens until you are happy with it.
Your matter is assigned
Your file goes to a named member of our legal team. From that point you have one person handling your matter and keeping you updated.
We complete the work
We prepare, review and finalise your documents, and send you everything you need for your records.
What we do not do online. Some documents must still be signed in person or witnessed, and some steps have to be filed with the court by us rather than by you. We will tell you clearly whenever that applies to your matter.
