One named person, from start to finish
A file that gets passed around is a file where things get missed. When your matter is accepted it is assigned to one member of the team, and that is who you deal with.
- A lawyer reviews every file. Before we accept your matter and before anything is finalised.
- Clerks work under supervision. Document preparation is done by trained staff, checked by a lawyer.
- You get told when something changes. Not left wondering whether anything is happening.
- We will tell you if we are not the right fit. Some matters belong with a litigator, not an online service.
